This is the same 30-point tune-up service we provide for our maintenance plan customers.

Starting with the Optimization Report, he'll make further measurements and calculations. After discussing your situation, he'll provide you with a cost-benefit analysis of the replacement choices that best fit your budget and goals. If you're interested, he'll include recommendations for healthy air solutions including cold & flu protection, pollution remediation, allergy relief and dust reduction as well as for carbon monoxide safety monitoring.

• Priority Service. Even on those frigid winter and scorching summer days when our phones ring off the hook, you'll always go to the top of our schedule.

• No Breakdown Guarantee. If your equipment breaks down any time in the year following our tune-up service, we'll refund the tune-up or credit it toward repair or replacement.
• -10% on Annual Maintenance Plans for the remaining life of your seven-year or older units. If you already hold a Stan Perkoski's annual plan, discount next year's enrollment. If you are currently enrolled in another company's plan, we'll add the remaining period to our plan with no extra charge.
• NEXT DAY Replacement should your system fail any time in the years following your FREE replacement consultation. Its record in our files makes this possible. In very rare instances (only about 6% of the time), a particular replacement may not be immediately available from our suppliers. In such cases, you may have to consider an alternative or wait an additional day.
• Advanced Price Change Notice. If manufacturers announce an increase following our replacement proposal, we'll give you the opportunity to buy at the old price.
