Home Services >> Maintenance Plans

We see it all the time. Seven out of ten of our repair calls are for systems that were not properly maintained. Most plumbing, heating and air conditioning repairs, including those expensive after-hours calls, could have been prevented with regular seasonal maintenance.

Among the benefits our preventative maintenance service customers enjoy are:

  • Priority Service -- When we get swamped, you go to the top of the list.
  • DOUBLE Our Exclusive Parts & Labor Warranties on any systems under maintenance service --
6 years on every repair; 10 years on every installation.
  • 11.5% Discount on all heating, cooling and plumbing repairs.
  • $250 Gift Card to use toward a non-emergency heating or cooling replacement.
  • Regular Preventative Service -- longer equipment life / lower energy costs.
  • Peace of Mind -- seasonal service and monthly filter-change reminders.
  • Seasonal Tune-ups and Safety Inspections (especially important for fuel-burning equipment).
  • Enough savings to pay for your next home comfort system.*

*The average MidAtlantic home owner who has his systems maintained annually will save approximately $7,400 in utilities and reduced repair costs over the life of his heating/cooling equipment.

There's no better guarantee to energy efficiency and savings than regular maintenance. Give us a call at 866-PERKOSKI / 866-737-5675 or schedule your first service online.

Important Added Service FREE To All Maintenance Agreement Customers

Most home owners never think about their water heaters until they fail -- often resulting in a catastrophic flood. That's why we perform an additional important annual inspection at no extra charge exclusively for our maintenance service agreement customers.

Every storage water heater has an important part that prevents tank failure. It's called the Anode Rod. The water heater tank's glass liner develops tiny cracks over time due to repeated heating and cooling. The soft metal of the anode rod is drawn by an electrochemical reaction to seal these cracks.

However, if the rod gets depleted, these cracks lead to rusting of the outer tank walls. What we do is pull the anode rod once a year for inspection. If it's nearing the end of its life, we'll let you know that it's time for replacement. This important inspection can as much as double the expected life of your water heater. And it will assure you that you will be alerted before a failing tank leaks or ruptures.

We do not know of any home comfort company that performs this important service as part of their routine annual heating/cooling maintenance service. A very few do the inspection -- but only for an additional charge.
